Church Office Administrator Job Posting

Northside Baptist Church is seeking a hospitable and professional Church Office Administrator to begin as soon as possible. Northside Baptist Church is a community-minded, progressive church located in Clinton for the last fifty years affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Alliance of Baptists. This position requires a wide variety of skills as indicated in the job description, ranging from financial duties, to volunteer management, to secretarial duties. The Church Office Administrator works alongside a team of two full-time ministers, four part-time staff members, and several contract employees. The Church Office Administrator reports directly to the Senior Pastor. This salaried position is listed at 35 hours per week. Paid vacation, paid holidays, and parental leave are included. Compensation commensurate with experience and the possibility of additional benefits. The position will begin as soon as possible. Requirements Include:

• Cover Letter

• Background check to be completed before hire

• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

• Willingness to learn Shelby Church Management Software and Wix Website Design

• Ability to self-manage and quickly transition from one task to another

• Confidentiality regarding finances and membership issues
